By using AIDash you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
AIDash provides:
- Cross-device display of Claude / Codex quota state
- A desktop helper for local collection + cloud sync
- Mobile widgets / watch faces / Live Activity / service cards
AIDash explicitly does not provide:
- AI model invocation (no proxy for Claude / OpenAI / any API)
- Account top-up, rental or sharing
- Rate-limit or geo-restriction bypass
- Automation / scraping services
3. Your obligations
You agree to:
- Not use the Service for illegal purposes or to breach any third-party terms
- Not reverse-engineer, exploit or attack the Service
- Be solely responsible for your usage of Claude / OpenAI / any other AI service
4. Intellectual property
- AIDash client and server source belong to [Entity TBD]
- The helper is open-sourced under [License TBD]
- The “AIDash” name and logo are trademarks of [Entity TBD]
5. Disclaimer
- Service provided “as is”, without guarantee that quota numbers match provider data in real time
- Service interruptions caused by network or upstream provider changes are not compensable
- You bear sole responsibility for any AI usage costs, charges or outputs
6. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access on breach of these Terms
- Discontinue the Service for force-majeure or business reasons, with at least 30 days advance notice
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by [Entity jurisdiction law]. Disputes are first negotiated; failing that, submitted to [competent court].
