AIDash (“the Service”, “we”) is developed and operated by [Entity TBD]. This policy describes how we handle personal information that may be processed when you use the Service.

- Codex CLI subprocess output (local only)
- System time, network reachability (used to assess data freshness)
2.2 Sent to the cloud
- Anonymous device ID (UUID v4, not linkable to your identity)
- Quota numbers (e.g. “73% remaining”) with timestamps
- Device model string (e.g. “iPhone15,3”) for push targeting
2.3 What we do NOT collect
- Claude / OpenAI API keys
- Claude / OpenAI OAuth tokens
- Conversation content, code, filenames or paths
- Phone contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos
3. Third-party services

- Apple Push Notification Service (iOS push)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android push)
- HUAWEI Push Kit (HarmonyOS push)

4. Retention & deletion
- Server side: anonymous quota records retained for at most 90 days, then auto-purged
- On-device: uninstalling the app / helper purges all local data
- Deletion requests: file via GitHub Issue or email [TBD]; processed within 7 business days

Under GDPR / CCPA / China PIPL and other applicable law, you have the right to:

6. Minors
The Service targets developers and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
